Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- identify the role of coronary calcium scoring as a marker of cardiovascular risk
- discuss the clinical value of myocardial perfusion imaging for ischemia testing in the workup of coronary artery disease
- identify clinical scenarios in which a stepwise or combined usage of both, calcium scoring, as well as perfusion imaging, may be beneficial
